Shotcrete(gunite)materials with different proportion

Shotcrete process is to use compressed air to convey the pre-dampened mix through delivery hose to the nozzle to project the material onto the sprayed surface under high velocity, and then to form concrete support layer after the projected material coagulates and hardens. At the shotcrete nozzle, air is added. The air from the shotcrete nozzle provides several functions, including to propel the mix at a higher velocity and to spread the mix out into a cone-shaped spray pattern. Since the shotcrete is being propelled at a high velocity, compaction occurs as the shotcrete particles accumulate on the application surface. Increasing the air can mean higher shotcrete velocity and better compaction, which leads to denser concrete that exhibits greater compressive strength and less permeability. 
With shotcrete the W/C ratio is controlled at the batch plant or at the mixing station. The concrete needs to be plastic enough to pump. Since low W/C ratios produce a more durable and water-resistant mix, water-reducing agents are often used. In general, a W/C ratio under 0.5 produces a more durable and waterproof mix. Since the concrete is pumped wet, the process is also known as Wet-Mix and Wet.
Shotcrete/Gunite –Both Shotcrete and Gunite open up new methods of concrete construction. Sprayed concrete lets you go vertical with concrete without all the formwork needed for poured in place concrete.

One distinct advantage of either the shotcrete or gunite system over hand-application is the water/cement (W/C) ratio of the in-place concrete. A benefit of shotcrete and gunite(gunite machine)is that the in-place W/C ratio is usually less than a mix that was not pneumatically applied. One of the reasons for this is that more water is evaporated during the spraying process than is evaporated with the trowel process.

How to do your lawn in garden

If you are planning to re-do your lawn completely it is necessary to completely remove the existing turf before hydro seeding (hydroseeder)the new lawn. The best way to do this is to skin off the existing turf. If you are doing a small area a shovel or spade can be used. The best way to do a larger area is to rent a sod cutter. It is best do do this when the soil is dry. Moist soil is heavier and harder to handle. If you have a garden you can compost the old sod that you have removed and turn it into rich humus to build your garden.     
Don't use a rotary tiller to clear a sodded area. Rotary tillers cause weed problems by chopping up plants and weed roots and spreading them through the lawn. You could end up with more weeds in your new lawn than you had in your old one.  
You can also have the old lawn sprayed with a herbicide to kill all existing vegetation, then level an loosen the soil and have the lawn hydro seeded. You should wait about 3 weeks from the time the herbicide is applied before seeding.

The preparatory work underground grouting
1.Grouting worker need to understand the purpose of grout work, grouting workload ,and the piping system (including diameter, Fittings, Valves model and installation location, etc.), complete with pipe wrench, wrenches, taps, pliers, wire and other tools and materials.
2.Grouting work to reach the workplace, first check the top grouting locations, to help support the case, if appearing insecurity, it is to be dealt immediately. Then checking grouting equipment(grouting pump,or piston grouting pump)and piping system status, identify problems and timely treatment.

3.Before grouting, first flush pipe (or drilling), to giving suppress the test, push the volume of water, drilling and pipeline 3-5 times the volume of the product. Check the grouting hole is smooth or not, clogging or not, to facilitating grouting.
4.The ending of the pressurized water, if pressure water conditions to meet the requirements, you can choose the right slurry to help grouting by the amount of water absorbed per unit.Grouting process to observe whether the orifice and ran around the pulp, with or without strings plasma phenomena.
5.According to the grouting conditions at any time adjust the slurry grouting ratio and duration. If drilling is continuous boost, continuous grouting shall, until it reaches the end of the standard.

The problems and solutions in belt conveyor use 
(1)Belt slips when conveyor is started.
1. Insufficient traction between belt and drive pulley. Make sure drive pulley is free of build up.
Lag Drive pulley. Increase belt wrap on drive pulley. Increase belt tension.
2. Inadequate belt tension is possible, recalculate tension requirements. If necessary increase 
weight on gravity take up or increase tension at screw take-up.
3. Pulley lagging is worn or not adequate to produce sufficient traction. Replace with new or 
correct pulley lagging.
4. Counter weight hitting bottom, not enough belt tension. Shorten belt and re-splice
5. One or more of the system pulleys are below the acceptable diameter. Replace pulleys with 
diameters acceptable to belt requirements.
(2)Belt runs off at the head pulley.
1. Material build-up on the pulley face or conveyor structure. Clean system, improve material 
containment, install cleaners, check skirting, install belt scrapers at head pulley.
2. The pulleys and or the idlers are out of square with the belt centreline. Readjust pulleys and 
or idlers.
3. Pulley lagging is worn or not adequate to produce sufficient traction. Replace with new or 
correct pulley lagging.
4. Idler stands are not centred to the belt. Readjust the stands for proper alignment
